Woman charged with several offences after car crash in Bradford on Avon

A woman’s been charged with a number of offences, including drink driving, after a car crashed into a bollard in Bradford on Avon.

Police officers were called to the scene in Sladesbrook following a road traffic collision involving a orange Hyundai i30 at around 5pm.

30-year-old Lisa Etherington, from Chippenham, has been charged with driving while over the legal alcohol limit, driving without due care and attention, failing to stop at the scene of a collision and possession of cannabis.

She has been released on unconditional bail to appear at Salisbury Magistrates Court in December.

Wiltshire Police confirmed that nobody was injured in the incident.
