Woman, 44, charged after man stabbed at house in Salisbury

A woman has been charged with stabbing a man at a house in Salisbury.

44-year-old Kelly Sutton is accused of knifing Jamie Sprusen on Sunday (28 January).

The victim, aged in his 40s, serious but not life-threatening injuries and went to hospital for treatment. He’s since been discharged.

The defendant, of Westwood Road, Bemerton Heath, appeared at Salisbury Magistrates’ Court yesterday (Monday, 30 January) charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent.

She was remanded in custody to appear at Salisbury Crown Court on 23 February.
