Firefighters used small tools to remove “cut back heavy bushes surrounding the vehicle to assist a second casualty out”, a spokesperson for Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said.

Wiltshire Police arrested the woman driver, aged in her 40s, on suspicion of drink driving.

Miraculously, nobody was injured in the dramatic crash.

UPDATE: Wiltshire Police say the woman has since been released with no further action.
