Woman, 28, dies in motorcycle crash days after passing ‘full bike test’

A 28-year-old Gloucestershire woman who died in a motorcycle crash near Swindon yesterday is understood to have passed her full motorbike test just days before her fatal road traffic collision.

Wiltshire Police confirmed that Kerry Gudger died from her injuries at Southmead Hospital in Bristol, where she was taken by air ambulance early on Thursday afternoon.

The crash happened on an unnamed road between Castle Eaton and Hannington, and involved just a single vehicle – a Suzuki motorcycle – of which she was the rider.
