Wiltshire village shop manager admits stealing hundreds of pounds

A former Wiltshire village shop manager has admitted stealing hundreds of pounds.

42-year-old Kelly Lozuet, also known as Kelly White, pleaded guilty to fraud by abuse of position when she appeared at Salisbury Magistrates’ Court on Friday (5 January).

The defendant stole £544 from a Southern Co-op in Mere between 8 May and 8 July 2022.

At the time of the crime she was employed by the company as a duty manager.

Lozuet, of White Road, Mere, was told to repay the stolen money and complete 180 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.
