Much of Wiltshire is affected by snowfall, with many schools closed and bus services cancelled.

In an updated statement, Wiltshire Police said: “Following heavy snowfall overnight, today’s commute is a difficult one for many.

“Our Roads Policing Unit are out and about dealing with multiple incidents so please only travel if necessary and take extra care as many roads will be difficult to navigate until the snow thaws.”
