Total of 21 casualties treated following Russian spy nerve agent attack in Salisbury

A total of 21 people were treated following the nerve agent attack on a former Russian spy in Salisbury on Sunday, Wiltshire Police have today confirmed.

One of the casualties was an off-duty doctor who tried to have the pair by giving emergency first aid at the scene, the Salisbury Journal reports tonight.

Sergei Skripal and his daughter, Yulia, remain in a critical condition in intensive care.

Detective Sergeant Nick Bailey remains in hospital in a serious by stable condition.
