Tory candidate for Police and Crime Commissioner barred from election

The Conservative candidate for Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) has been barred.

Jonathon Seed won’t be able to take up the post if it is announced that he won the PCC election held on 6 May.

He was disbarred from the election by the Conservative Party after a historical drink driving driving offence was discovered.
