Teacher injured after being struck by car outside Wiltshire secondary school

A teacher was injured when she was struck by a car outside a Wiltshire secondary school.

Emergency services rushed to the scene at Kingsbury Green Academy in White Horse Way, Calne, before 9am this morning (Wednesday, 25 May).

The road traffic collision happened in the academy’s car park, according to Wiltshire Police.

A force spokesperson confirmed the teacher sustained only minor injuries.

“Officers attended a collision at a school in Calne this morning after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in a car park.

“Ambulance were on scene assisted by our officers.

“Fortunately, the woman sustained only minor injuries as a result.”
