40-year-old Christopher Gibson appeared before Swindon Magistrates’ Court this morning (25 August) where he faced five allegations, including:

  • Making indecent photographs and moving images of children in category A (images involving penetrative sexual activity) between 19 July 2015 and 5 September 2019
  • Making indecent photographs and moving images of children in category B (images involving non-penetrative sexual activity) between 19 July 2015 and 5 September 2019
  • Making indecent photographs and moving images of children in category C (indecent images not falling within categories A or B) between 19 July 2015 and 5 September 2019
  • Possessional of prohibited images of children between 19 July 2015 and 5 September 2019

Labelling the crimes “too serious”, magistrates declined jurisdiction and sent the case to Swindon Crown Court for sentencing on 24 September.
