Officers are said to have engaged with the group and issued a number of traffic offence tickets – including for speeding. However, no arrest were made.

Police monitored the ‘meet’ for several hours to “ensure public safety and ensure disruption was kept to a minimum”, a force spokesperson said.

They added: “Wiltshire Police continue to engage with our partners around our response to disruptive car meets.”
