Police hunt man who allegedly walked on railway tracks and damaged CCTV cameras

Police are hunting a man who damaged two CCTV cameras near Bradford on Avon.

The incident happened at Freshford railway station, which is approximately 200 metres from the West Wiltshire border, on Friday 12 August this year.

The British Transport Police say that at around 7.30pm, a man walked onto the tracks at the station and began to throw pieces of railway ballast at the waiting shelter.

He is alleged to have gone on to break two CCTV cameras near the shelter, pulling one off the wall and punching the other.
