Police appeal for witnesses after suspected arson attacks on Burnt Cottage

Police are appealing for witnesses after two suspected arson attacks in Chippenham.

Aptly named Burnt Cottage in London Road is believed to have been targeted by an arsonist on two occasions – on 21 December and 10 January.

The home was renovated after nine years of sitting empty following a fire in 2013, but shortly after the work was completed it was partly destroyed in a blaze in an early morning blaze.
