A road traffic collision is causing delays on the A419 this evening.
A car is understood to have crashed into a stationary recovery van and second car.
A seven-year-old child was taken to Southmead Hospital with serious head injuries, and two adult casualties were taken to Great Western Hospital. 
The road was closed northbound near Blunsdon until after 10.30pm.
