The driver of the Cotswold Bespoke Design-branded vehicle, a man believed to be in his 40s, was uninjured in the collision.

Talking to Wiltshire 999s at the scene, the motorist claimed he had lost control of the vehicle on a patch of black ice in the traffic-calming zone.

The vehicle remained in place for some time while recovery was arranged.
