Motorcyclist and pillion passenger killed in Swindon crash

Two men have died following a motorcycle crash in Swindon.

Emergency services were called to the incident in Ermin Street, Swindon, shortly after 7pm yesterday (27 March).

Two men in their 30s, who were both on the motorcycle, were killed.

A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: “We are appealing to anyone in the area at the time who may have witnessed this collision – involving a motorcyclist and his pillion passenger near the junction of Ermin Street with Grange Drive – to please contact us as a matter of urgency.

“We would also like to hear from anyone who may have CCTV footage, doorbell camera recordings or dash cam footage to get in touch.

“The next of kin of both men have been informed and our thoughts are with their families and friends. We would ask that their privacy is respected at this difficult time.
