Police in Manchester have confirmed that three security guard weren’t killed in fatal crash last week; a crash which is said to have caused the cancellation of ChippFest.
The popular John Coles Park festival was cancelled by organisers on Saturday morning, following the tragedy. But, not everything is as it seems.
Speaking to Greater Manchester Police today, they confirmed that they have ‘no record’ of a fatal road traffic collision matching the details given by ChippFest.
Chippenham-based Security Watch who were commissioned to provide security officers for the event told Wiltshire 999s that an external agency were providing the staff. However, the firm refused to comment any further.
