A man accused of revenge porn will face a judge and jury at Salisbury Crown Court.
Matthew Cooper-Collyer, 22, pleaded not guilty to disclosing private sexual images of a woman with the intent of causing that individual distress in May last year.
Appearing at Salisbury Magistrates’ Court on 21 January, the defendant, of Monkton Green, Monkton Deverill, Warminster, elected a trial by jury.
He will next appear at Salisbury Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing on 18 February.
Cooper-Collyer was released on bail with conditions not to contact his alleged victim and two other named persons directly or indirectly.
