Young man found dead at Chippenham home named as tributes pour in

A young man who was found dead at his Chippenham home has been named locally.

Paramedics were called to the scene in Wood Lane at around 6am on Wednesday morning, where 31-year-old Tom Mould’s body was discovered. Unable to revive him, the police were called.

Wiltshire Police have since confirmed that Tom’s death isn’t thought to be suspicious.

Tributes started to flow in on social media following his passing:

Writing on social media, Tom’s brother Ike Mould wrote “rest in peace my beautiful big brother. there is no one I’m this world as gentle, as kind, as loving, as caring, as happy, as genuine as this man.

“many many memories that I will cherish forever…. but not enough…. you deserved many many more years…. sleep tight Tom god bless you”.

Greig Bladdy Young commented: “Took a long walk down the beach last night it clears your head listening to the waves… RIP Tom Mould.”

Daniel M Smith wrote: “Mouldy! Its really painful to type this mate. Everyone always said you were a legend and now you actually are. Its a really sad day for a lot of people and I can’t imagine how much your great friends and family will miss you bro  I’ll always cherish the times we had growing up together! Your hilarious laugh and big bear hugs. Rest in peace brother Mouldy we’ll never forget you mate”.

Aaron Emery said: “Gutted.. to young.. life is cruel. Appreciate life and what you have!! Thoughts with you boys and ya fam. RIP mouldy you will well and truly be missed!! top lad and always will be!!”
