A male patient, in his 60s, was given CPR outside a property but died at the scene.

The road was closed between Manchester Road and Transfer Bridges until around 10.30am so emergency services could attend the serious incident.

At least five police units were at the scene, providing support to the ambulance service.

A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: “This incident relates to the sudden death of a man in his 60s on County Road, Swindon. There are no suspicious circumstances.”
