Man, 30s, dies at Swindon flat after Wiltshire Air Ambulance called to incident

A man has died after Wiltshire Air Ambulance was called to a property in Swindon.

Emergency services rushed to a flat in Coronel Close, in Stratton St Margaret, at around 4.30pm yesterday (Monday, 8 August).

Two ambulances and two police cars were seen outside the address.

The air ambulance helicopter touched down on Ruskin Junior School’s field, so its team of critical care medics could provide support at the incident.

Despite the first responders’ best efforts, a man in his 30s was pronounced dead at the scene.

Wiltshire Police confirmed there are “not believed to be any suspicious circumstances”.
