Four vehicles damaged after uninsured driver in Tesco lorry crashes

Four cars parked in a Trowbridge street have been hit by a Tesco lorry overnight.

The incident happened at around 2.30am on Friday 9 June.

Local resident, Lianne Townsend, who’s Audi is expected to be written off following the crash told Wiltshire 999s that the police say the driver of the lorry was uninsured.

It is understood that a brand new BWM is also said be likely to be written off. The status of the other two vehicles affected by this collision is unknown at this stage.

Wiltshire Police and Tesco have been approached for comment.
