Firefighters respond as huge blaze breaks out in field near Stonehenge

Firefighters are currently battling a huge blaze in a field near Stonehenge.

Several fire crews were spotted responding to the incident in Lake, a hamlet several miles southwest of Amesbury, at around 4pm today (Saturday, 6 August).

A water carrier was also seen rushed to the fire on blue lights, to provide support to firefighters who may need additional water supplies due to the rural location.
