Firefighters rescue two people from overturned car in West Wiltshire

Two people were rescued from a car by firefighters following a crash in West Wiltshire.

Emergency services were called to the incident on the A366 near Farleigh Hungerford, at around 6.30pm on Monday evening (16 January).

The black Vauxhall appears to have lost control and overturned outside Stowford Manor Farm.

Fire crews from Bradford on Avon and Trowbridge attended and used Stab-Fast to stabilise the vehicle.

Once stabilised, the front windscreen was removed to allow the two occupants to be extricated into the care of the ambulance service.

Those within the vehicle aren’t thought to have sustained any significant injuries in the crash.
