Family pay tribute to ‘kind and gentle’ Swindon biker who died in crash

The family of a man who died in a collision in Swindon at the weekend have paid tribute to him.

Jack Robson, 66, from Swindon, was riding a motorbike when he was in collision with a white Mitsubishi on Highworth Road just after 2pm on Bank Holiday Monday.

His wife Chistine and family have released the following: “My dearest husband, dad, granddad, great granddad who was taken away from us so tragically on Sunday 25th May 2020. You have been taken from us, our hearts are all broken.

“Jack was a very caring, doting, kind, gentle soul who had a wicked sense of humour! Thank you for making us want to make this world a better place. We are all absolutely devastated, you have left a huge void in our lives. We love you so much R.I.P.”

Anyone who witnessed this collision should contact Wiltshire Police immediately on 101 and quote crime reference number 54200049185.
