Conviction list one

A male, 16, of Melksham, was ordered to complete a youth offender program for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £100 with a victim services payment of £22 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to robbing a female of cash to the value of £347.04, and carrying a kitchen knife in Melksham on 11 July 2020.

A male, 17, from Andover, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £300 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Mercedes A180 without due care and attention, and other than in accordance with his licence in Salisbury on 11 July 2020.

Mr Anthony Shearin, 37, of Sheepcote Barton, Trowbridge, was banned from driving for 36 months and given a community order for 200 hours of unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Renault Traffic, failing to stop after an accident, and driving without insurance in Devizes on 27 June 2020.

Mr Percy Edmunds, 69, of High Street, Rowde, was given a conditional discharge for 6 months with a victim services payment of £22 after pleading guilty to outraging public decency by defecating on a grave in Devizes on 29 April 2020.

Mr Daniel Hudson, 29, of Moorlands, Chippenham, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £80 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £50 after pleading guilty to driving a Kia Rio under the influence of cannabis in Trowbridge on 25 June 2020.

Mr Krzysztof Wegrzyn, 41, of Stokehill, Hilperton, was banned from driving for 36 months and fined £80 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Mercedes, and driving without insurance in Trowbridge on 15 November 2020.

Mr Ireneusz Adamczyk, 39, of Newtown, Trowbridge, was banned from driving for 40 months and given a prison sentence of 15 weeks suspended for 2 years with 150 hours of unpaid work after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Renault Clio in Trowbridge on 16 May 2020. He was then ordered to pay £200 compensation after pleading guilty to the use of threatening behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress to a male in Trowbridge on 25 July 2020.

Mr Armands Burkevics, 18, of Navigator Close, Hilperton, was banned from driving for 15 months and given a community order for 60 hours unpaid worth with a victim services payment of £95 after pleading guilty to driving a Volkswagen Golf under the influence of cannabis, failing to stop after an accident, failing to report an accident, driving without due care and attention, and driving without insurance in Trowbridge on 29 May 2020.

Mr Andrew Benison, 52, of Hays Cottages, Steep, was given 4 points on his licence and fined £323 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Volkswagen Caddy on the M4 near Swindon on 20 October 2019.

Mr Torin Clark, 26, of Dartmouth Avenue, Bath, was given 7 points on his licence and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to driving a Volkswagen Passat without due care and attention in Chippenham on 7 December 2019.

Mr Stuart Junkuhn, 19, of Croft Road, Ringwood, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £107 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to driving a Mazda MX-5 without due care and attention in Salisbury on 18 November 2019.

Mr Octavian Sali, 24, of Fowlers Road, Salisbury, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £660 with a victim services payment of £66 and costs of £110 after it was proved in absence he had driven a Vauxhall Zafira without insurance in Salisbury on 8 October 2019.

Mr Philip Whittaker, 24, of Tyndale View, Kingswood, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £258 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Fiat Punto on the M4 near Chippenham on 23 November 2019.

Mr Bradley Barber, 21, of The Quadrant, Swindon, was banned from driving for 56 days and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Seat Leon on the M4 near Chippenham on 1 June 2020.

Mr Antony Fanshawe, 56, of Tanners Cottages, Tetbury, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £850 with a victim services payment of £85 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Volvo XC40 on the M4 near Swindon on 31 May 2020.

Mr Daniel Brown, 30, of Lunar Close, Swindon, was fined £100 with a victim services payment of £32 after pleading guilty to criminal damage in Cricklade on 9 March 2020.

Miss Kirsty Ricks, 35, of Bourne Road, Swindon, was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £195 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to failing to provide a sample of breath and driving a Peugeot 207 without insurance in Swindon on 9 October 2020.

Mrs Lynn Harvey, 57, of White Horse Road, Cricklade, was banned from driving for 25 months and fined £200 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Honda Jazz in Swindon on 17 February 2020.

Mr Louis Coe, 25, of High Street, Corsham, was fined a total of £100 and ordered to pay a total of £367.84 in compensation after pleading guilty to 2 counts of criminal damage in Chippenham on 10 October 2020.

Miss Rebecca Gould, 41, of Rose Street, Swindon was banned from driving for 19 months and fined £379 with a victim services payment of £37 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Seat Ibiza in Swindon on 10 October 2020.

Mr William Hunt, 25, of Saxon Way, Fairford, was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £220 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to failing to provide a specimen of blood in Swindon on 10 October 2020.

Mr Luke Alders, 19, of Kenmare Road, Bristol, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £128 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Vauxhall Corsa under the influence of cannabis, driving other than in accordance with his licence, driving without insurance, and possession of cannabis. He was further fined £80 after pleading guilty to obstructing a police officer and given a 6-month prison sentence suspended for 18 months with 100 hours unpaid work after pleading guilty to carrying a lock knife in Chippenham on 3 June 2020.

Mr Joseph Spurrett, 28, of Scarth Avenue, Balby, was given a community order for 80 hours unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to sending a grossly offensive or indecent message over a public communications network in Swindon on 1 July 2020.

Mrs Emily-Jane Tye, 33, of Barcote Close, Swindon was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Vauxhall Astra in Swindon on 10 September 2020.

Mr Michael Vacquier, 50, of Quay Terrace, Newton Abbot, was fined £440 with a victim services payment of £44 and costs of £150 after it was proved in absence that he had been drunk and disorderly in Chippenham on 25 September 2020.

Mr Barry Banham, 54, of Kirton Close, Northampton, was given 6 points on his licence and fined a total of £350 with a victim services payment of £35 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Vauxhall Movano other than in accordance with his licence and exceeding the axle weight in Swindon on 30 April 2020.

Mr Kieran Broughall, 21, of Wote Street, Basingstoke, was banned from driving for 15 months and fined £250 with a victim services payment of £50 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Suzuki Swift under the influence of Benzoylecgonine (usually found in the body after talking cocaine) and possession of cannabis and fined a further £250 after pleading guilty to driving a Suzuki Swift under the influence of Ketamine in Erlestoke on 12 January 2020.

Mr John Mann, 41, of Massey Road, Devizes, was fined £40 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to theft of items from Morrisons worth £34.05 and ordered to pay compensation of £75 after pleading guilty to assaulting a PCSO in Devizes on 23 October 2019.

Miss Josiephine Conado, 48, of Northbrook Street, Newbury, was fined £200 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to 2 charges of assault on a male in Great Bedwyn on 10 August 2020.

Mr Rhys Harvey, 23, of Bath Road, Swindon, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £80 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a BMW 120D under the influence of cannabis and fined a further £40 after pleading guilty to possession of cannabis in Swindon on 16 June 2020.

Mr Sean Hopkins (aka Sean Hawkins), 20, of Windmill Piece, Swindon, was given a conditional discharge for 12 months after pleading guilty to theft of gin worth £157.50 from Asda in Swindon on 11 June 2020.

Mr Daniel Morrison, 36, of Stroud Road, Gloucester, was fined £80 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to theft of a TV worth £198 from The Great Western Hotel in Swindon on 14 August 2020.

Mr Mitchell Drewett, 21, of Warneage Green, Wanborough, was given a community order for 180 hours unpaid work with a victim services payment of £90 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to criminal damage in Swindon on 28 March 2020, making a grossly offensive or indecent phonecall in Swindon on 26 March, and assault of a female on 28 March 2020.
