Set One

Miss Kelly Beamish, 41, of Chapel Street, Calne, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £184 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Ford Mondeo under the influence of cocaine and Benzoylecgonine and fined £276 for driving without insurance in Chippenham on 27 May 2020.

Ms Karen Bridger, 49, of Glover Close, Bishopdown was given 5 points on her licence and fined £80 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Dodge Journey without due care and attention in Bulford on 21 May 2020.

Ms Keilly Bridgewater, 55, of Duffield Lane, Bradford on Avon, was banned from driving for 16 months and fined £200 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath in Melksham on 15 October 2020.

Mr Jake Quinn, 23, of Maryland Close, Salisbury, was banned from driving for 36 months and fined £400 with a victim services payment of £40 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Vauxhall Vectra in Amesbury on 17 October 2020 then fined £566 with a victim services payment of £85 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Vauxhall Vectra in Salisbury on 27 November 2020.

Miss Nicola Stevenson, 48, of Jasmine Close, Calne, was banned from driving for 36 months and fined £1895 with a victim services payment of £190 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath in Melksham on 19 October 2020.

Mrs Natalie Burwood, 36, of Talavera Way, Tidworth, was banned from driving for 36 months and fined £224 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Volkswagon Caddy in Tidworth on 17 October 2020.

Mr Lance Cowdery, 32, of Tower Road, Melksham, was banned from driving for 15 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Vauxhall in Melksham on 19 October 2020.

Mr Oliver Dagger, 30, of Sherwood Avenue, Melksham, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £233 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Ford Transit under the influence of cannabis, cocaine, and Benzoylecgonine in Melksham on 24 May 2020.

Ms Reena Dore, 35, of New Pines, Whaddon, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £669 with a victim services payment of £112 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Honda, and fined £446 after pleading guilty to driving without insurance in Salisbury on 18 October 2020.

Ms Carmen Fautley, 44, of Cedar Close, Salisbury, was ordered to pay £50 compensation after pleading guilty to criminal damage of a Volkswagon Polo and ordered to pay £100 compensation after pleading guilty to criminal damage of windows, with no separate penalty for threatening behaviour in Salisbury on 13 October 2020.

Mr Dorel Lela, 30, of Newhall Street, Swindon, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £733 with a victim services payment of £73 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Renault Clio while banned and without insurance in Chippenham on 20 April 2020.

Mr Cameron Loadman, 52, of Castle Well Drive, Old Sarum, was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £100 after pleading guilty to 2 counts of criminal damage, and threatening behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Salisbury on 10 September 2020.

Mr Jack McSorley, 26, of Denison Rise, Salisbury, was ordered to pay £250 compensation with £85 costs after pleading guilty to criminal damage of a McDonald’s door in Salisbury on 2 March 2020.

Set Two

Mr Jacob Bailey, 35, of Dovercourt Road, Birmingham, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £600 with a victim services payment of £60 and costs of £90 after pleading guilty to driving a Vauxhall Astra without insurance in Chippenham on 4 August 2020.

Mr Russell Bastow, 41, of Egaltyne Avenue, Swindon was given 3 points on his licence and fined £440 with a victim services payment of £44 and costs of £90 after a proved Single Justice Procedure found he had driven a Vauxhall Astra with a front offside bald tyre in Swindon on 3 August 2020.

Mr Geoffrey Borlase, 73, of Woodlands Bungalows, Chippenham, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £660 with a victim services payment of £66 and costs of £90 after pleading guilty to driving a Jaguar X-Type without insurance in Chippenham on 4 August 2020.

Mr David Brown, 29, of Cadnam Way, Bournemouth, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £293 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £90 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Mercedes Sprinter in Salisbury on 7 February 2020.

Mr Ronny Carvalho-Trevisan, of Frobisher Drive, Swindon, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £233 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £90 after pleading guilty to driving a Hyundai Getz without insurance in Swindon on 1 August 2020.


Mrs Enid Kamwika, 38, of Frobisher Drive, Swindon, was given 6 points on her licence and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £90 after pleading guilty to driving a Toyota Auris without insurance in Swindon on 5 August 2020.

Mr Stephen King, 37, of Blakeney Avenue, Swindon, was given 3 points on his licence and fined £220 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £90 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Fiat 500 in Swindon on 3 June 2020.

Mr Thomas McKendry, 23, of Townsend, Great Cheverell, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £660 with a victim services payment of £66 and costs of £90 after a proved Single Justice Procedure found he had driven a Hyundai i10 without insurance in Trowbridge on 3 August 2020.

Miss Chelsea Nile, 24, of Skipton Drive, Hillingdon, was given 6 points on her licence and fined £153 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £90 after pleading guilty to speeding on the M4 in a Vauxhall Astra near Swindon on 14 October 2020

Mr Kenan Olmez (aka Bay Olmez), 49, of Longfield Road, Trowbridge, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £90 after pleading guilty to driving a Volvo S60 without insurance in Trowbridge on 2 August 2020.

Miss Kayleigh Owen, 24, of Avebury Road, Swindon, was given 6 points on her licence and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £90 after pleading guilty to driving a Ford Focus without insurance in Swindon on 8 August 2020.

Mr John Palmer, 49, of Bradford Park, Bath, was given 8 points on his licence and fined £660 with a victim services payment of £66 and costs of £90 after a proved Single Justice Procedure found he had driven a Honda Civic without insurance in Trowbridge on 4 August 2020.

Mr Callum Maloney, 20, of Kennedy Drive, Swindon, was fined £45 and ordered to pay £50 compensation with costs of £85 after changing his plea to guilty on a charge of assaulting a female in Swindon on 22 September 2019.


Mr Connor Flower, 28, of Semington, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £80 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Range Rover under the influence of cannabis in Melksham on 5 June 2020.

Mr Uchenna Onoh, 45, of Dunvant Road, Swindon, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £90 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £100 after changing his plea to guilty on a charge of failing to provide a specimen of breath in Swindon on 1 March 2020.

Ms Jenny Edwards, 42, of Cloatley Crescent, Royal Wootton Bassett was ordered to pay £200 compensation after pleading guilty to theft of £200 cash in Royal Wootton Bassett on 27 March 2020.

Mr Ian Gadd, 42, of Adcroft Street Trowbridge, was ordered to pay £98 compensation after pleading guilty to theft of meat worth £98 from Sainsbury’s on 9 June 2020. He was sent to prison for 4 weeks with a victim services payment of £24 after pleading guilty to theft of meat worth £140 from Lidl on 26 March 2020 and theft of meat worth £129.30 from Lidl on 27 March 2020.

Ms Katie Longmate, 36, of Bembridge Close, Swindon, was fined £31 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of heroin, and possession of cannabis in Swindon on 7 January 2020.

Ms Della Williams, 52, of Adcroft Street, Trowbridge, was fined £110 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to theft of meat worth £269.30 from Lidl in Trowbridge over the 26 and 27 March 2020.

Set Three

Mr Robert Page, 42, of Shurnhold, Melksham, was banned from driving for 4 years, given a community order, and fined £450 with a victim services payment of £90 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Landrover Freelander while disqualified and fined £484 for driving without insurance in Devizes on 9 January 2020.

Ms Karly Tiplady, 42, of Ross Road, Hereford, was banned from driving for 29 months and given a community order for 200 hours unpaid work with a victim services payment of £90 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Fiat in Melksham on 5 August 2020.

Mr Clive Gonsalves, 34, of Carstairs Avenue, Swindon, was ordered to pay £100 compensation after pleading guilty to assaulting a police officer in Swindon on 29 July 2020. He was ordered to pay £200 compensation after pleading guilty to assaulting a male in Swindon on 1 July 2020 and sentenced to prison for 6 weeks after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour which involved pulling a knife in Swindon on 1 July 2020.

Mr Josh Reason, 23, of Windmill Piece, Swindon, was given a restraining order and ordered to pay compensation of £100 with a victim services payment of £50 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to criminal damage of an Audi A1 in Swindon on 4 October 2020. He was fined £250 after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour with the intent to cause harassment alarm or distress in Swindon on 25 June 2020, and further fined £250 after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour with the intent to cause harassment alarm or distress in Swindon on 4 October 2020.

Mr Jay Lucas, 22, of Whitbourne Avenue, Swindon, was given a conditional discharge for 12 months after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine in Swindon on 28 June 2019 and sent for trial at Swindon Crown Court for a jury trial on possession of cannabis with intent to supply and supplying 143 grams of cannabis on the same date. He was further given conditional discharges for possession of cannabis on various dates and for entering premises in contravention of a closure order, and given 6 points on his driving licence and fined £120 after pleading guilty to driving a Volkswagon Golf without insurance, and fined £80 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to taking a Volkswagon Golf without consent of the owner in Swindon on 9 July 2020.

Mr Dleir Amin, 43, of Endless Street, Salisbury, was banned from driving for 14 days and fined £326 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a BMW 120D without insurance in Salisbury on 27 July 2020.

Mr Simon Tait, 39, of Rampart Road, Salisbury, was given a community order and restraining order and fined £300 with a victim services payment of £90 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to harassment in Salisbury between 1 January 2020 and 31 May 2020.

Mr Edward Sclafani, 33, of Royal Close, Chippenham, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £80 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a BMW under the influence of cocaine in Chippenham on 16 June 2020.

Mr Richard Wiles-Teoh, 33, of Portland Square, Bristol, was given 5 points on his licence and fined £333 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Lexus RX 300 without due care and attention, and failing to stop in The Gibb on 16 June 2020.

Miss Sarah Deione, 46, of Herbert Road, Salisbury, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £80 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Volkswagen Golf under the influence of cannabis in Salisbury on 13 February 2020.

Mr Christopher Annan, 37, of Brighton Road, Croydon, was given a 24-week prison sentence suspended for 18 weeks and carry out 150 hours of unpaid work with a victim services payment of £128 and costs of £250 after changing his plea to guilty on a charge of having an article for use in theft namely a decoder/tagger in Devizes on 9 October 2019.


Mr Jamie Cook, 30, of Kensington Fields, Trowbridge, was banned from driving for 22 months and fined £346 with a victim services payment of £35 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in Trowbridge on 20 November 2020.

Mr Craig Moores, 29, of HMP Bullingdon, was banned from driving for 36 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Vauxhall Astra under the influence of cocaine in Bradford on Avon on 7 June 2020. He was sent for trial at Salisbury Crown Court on 3 March 2021 on a charge of ABH in Bradford on Avon on 7 June 2020.

Mr Luke Sanders, 19, of Sutherland Court, Andover, was fined £550 and ordered to pay compensation of £100 with a victim services payment of £55 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to racially aggravated threatening behaviour in Ludgershall on 13 June 2020.

Ms Kellie Ford, 42, of Church View, Coombe Bissett, was fined £60 after pleading guilty to causing a nuisance or disturbance to an NHS staff member in Salisbury District Hospital on 28 July 2020. She was then fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £40 after pleading guilty to failing to provide a blood specimen when suspected of being in charge of a vehicle in Melksham on 19 July 2020.

Mr David Maclennan, 51, of Stanier Street, Swindon, was fined £166 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to assaulting a female in Swindon on 20 March 2020.

Mr Ricky Hart, 47, of Colbourne Street, Swindon, was fined £50 with a victim services payment of £32 after pleading guilty to failing to notify police of a name change under the terms of the sexual offences act 2003 in Swindon on 30 January 2020.

Mr Jacob Kaliroy, 22, of Polesdon Avenue, Swindon, was fined £40 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £40 after pleading guilty to failing to surrender to magistrates court in Swindon on 29 January 2021.

Ms Judith Leeson, 52, of Ermin Street, Swindon, was banned from driving for 38 months, given a community order, and fined £100 with a victim services payment of £105 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a BMW in Swindon on 4 February 2021.

Set Four

Ms Pippa Penny, 52, of Studley, Calne, was instructed that her Rottweiler must be securely fitted with a muzzle and kept under proper control or it must be destroyed and ordered to pay £2000 compensation with costs of £85 after pleading guilty to owning a dog dangerously out of control that injured a person in Avebury on 28 June 2020.

Mr Tommy Bonner, 18, of Comet Crescent, Calne, was banned from driving and fined £346 and ordered to pay £350 compensation with a victim services payment of £35 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving on an Aprilia Scooter, driving other than in accordance with his licence, driving without insurance, failing to stop, and riding without due care and attention in Royal Wootton Bassett on 1 August 2020.

Mr Saeed Chaudhry, 30, of Quarrybrook, South Marston was fined £80 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of 9.5 grams of cannabis in Swindon on 1 August 2020. He was further fined £80 after pleading guilty to using threatening behaviour against a male in Swindon on 2 June 2020.

Mr James Cooper, 39, of Gardeners Walk, Leatherhead, was fined £220 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after it was proved in absence that he had trespassed in pursuit of game in the Salisbury Plain Training Area on 26 September 2020.

Mr Kenny Dalgliesh (aka James Colasanti), 41, of Melville Close, Swindon, was fined a total of £125 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to 4 charges of breaking a non-molestation order in Swindon between 23 December 2019 and 1 January 2020.

Mr Nicholas Davis, 50, of Barnum Court, Swindon, was given a community order, fined £50 and ordered to pay £15 compensation with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £100 after being found guilty of theft of vodka worth £15 from Iceland in Swindon on 27 May 2019, with no separate penalty after pleading guilty to failing to surrender to magistrates court in Swindon on 4 February 2021, attempting to steal a pedal cycle in Swindon on 25 March 2020, and theft of goods worth £90.55 from Boots in Swindon on 1 December 2020.

Mr Aaron Gray, 20, of Quarry House Corston, Malmesbury was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £184 with a victim services payment of £37 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Ford Fiesta under the influence of cocaine and Benzoylecgonine, and further fined £184 after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine in Chippenham on 5 May 2020.

Mr Anthony Innins, 48, of Rotherfield Road, Sunderland, was fined £40 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to using threatening behaviour in Swindon on 7 October 2020.

Mr Jesse Cookson, 24, of Chalgrove Fields, Swindon, was ordered to pay compensation of £32.34 after pleading guilty to criminal damage, pay compensation of £10.48 after pleading guilty to theft of items worth £10.48 in Swindon on 22 June 2020 and pay compensation of £200 after pleading guilty to criminal damage in Swindon on 14 December 2020. He was also sent for trial at Swindon Crown Court on 12 March 2021on charges of entering as a trespasser with intent to damage and property damage in Swindon on 22 June 2020.

Mr Julian Drew, 32, of Phillip Close, Melksham, was fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to possession of heroin and possession of cannabis in Chippenham on 5 July 2020.


Mr Jake Knowles, 25, of Fairfax Close, Swindon, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £340 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £50 after pleading guilty to driving a Renault Clio under the influence of cannabis in Swindon on 30 March 2020.

Arthur Brothers Haulage Ltd, of Gold Tops, Newport, was fined £1000 with a victim services payment of £100 and costs of £200 after it was proved in absence that their vehicle with a maximum gross weight exceeding 18 tonnes used the Bradford on Avon Town Bridge on the A363 in contravention of the weight restriction in place on the 23 September 2019.

Plant Speed Ltd, of River Fields Estate Central Avenue, Bristol was fined £700 with a victim services payment of £70 and costs of £200 after pleading guilty to their vehicle with a maximum gross weight exceeding 18 tonnes used the Bradford on Avon Town Bridge on the A363 in contravention of the weight restriction in place on the 13 December 2019.

Iain D Smith Transport Ltd, of Higher Croft Road, Darwen, was fined £1000 with a victim services payment of £100 and costs of £200 after it was proved in absence that their vehicle with a maximum gross weight exceeding 18 tonnes used the Bradford on Avon Town Bridge on the A363 in contravention of the weight restriction in place on the 18 December 2019.

Mr Jayson Kent, 73, of Strattons Court, Melksham, was fined £184 with a victim services payment of £30 and costs of £1401.20 after pleading guilty to 6 counts of fraud by failing to register tenancy deposits to make a gain for himself in Melksham on various dates since 15 March 2011.

Mr Isaac Aboagye, 41, of Blandford Road, Salisbury, was fined £200 with a victim services payment of £30 and costs of £110 after it was proved in absence that he was the registered keeper of a vehicle that had not had a SORN put in place when insurance ceased in Andover on 18 January 2019.

Mr Robert Faller, 28, of Fairview Close, Warminster, was fined £220 with a victim services payment of £30 and costs of £110 after it was proved in absence that he was the registered keeper of a vehicle that had not had a SORN put in place when insurance ceased in Warminster on 8 February 2019.

Fleet Trading Ltd, of High Street Cricklade, were fined a total of £440 and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty totalling £87.28, with costs totalling £180 after it was proved in absence they kept 2 vehicles without tax on the High Street, Cricklade on 21 September 2019.

Mr Andrew Hall, 35, of Abberd Way, Calne, was fined £220 and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £20.84 after it was proved in absence that he had used a Kia on the road when untaxed in Calne on 16 August 2019.

Bakers Scaffolding Limited, of Gipsy Lane, Swindon, were fined £220 and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £50 with costs of £90 after it was proved in absence they had kept a vehicle without tax on the High street, Cricklade on 14 October 2019. They were further fined £220 after it was proved in absence they had used an HGV on which they had not paid the HGV road user levy in Cricklade on 14 October 2019.

Mr Alexandru Croitoru, 33 of Hither Close, Chippenham, was fined £220 and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £65 with costs of £90 after it was proved in absence he had kept a vehicle without tax on Hither Close, Chippenham on 9 November 2019.

Ludlow Construction Ltd, of Livery Road, Winterslow, were fined £220 and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £65 with costs of £90 after it was proved in absence they kept a vehicle without tax on Neal Close, Salisbury on 19 October 2019.

Pure Boilers Ltd, of Market Hill, Calne, were fined £220 with costs of £90 after it was proved in absence they had kept a vehicle without tax on Callington Road, Swindon on 14 October 2019.

Set Five

Seven Electrical Systems Ltd, of Cross Hayes, Malmesbury, were fined £440 and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £130 with costs of £90 after it was proved in absence they had used a Ford on the road when untaxed in Swindon on 18 October 2019.

Mr Christopher Ford, 27, of Trowbridge, was given a community order with a victim services payment of £95 after pleading guilty to criminal damage in Salisbury on 4 August 2020. Other charges also heard and covered by the community order were:

• Possession of cannabis in Trowbridge on 6 February 2021
• Possession of 1.12 grams of heroin in Trowbridge on 27 November 2020
• Threatening behaviour in Trowbridge on 18 October 2019
• Theft of meat worth £15.66 from Sainsbury’s in Trowbridge on 22 January 2020
• Criminal damage by graffiti in Trowbridge on 12 February 2020

Mr Robert Miller, 31, of Livery Road, Winterslow, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £200 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Vauxhall Corsa under the influence of Amphetamine in Salisbury on 17 June 2020.

Mr Benjamin Smith, 34, of Glebe Road, Trowbridge was given a restraining order and fined £70 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to harassment of a female in Trowbridge between 8 May 2020 and 15 June 2020.

Mr Michael Withers, 51, of Gascelyn Close, Chippenham, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £100 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to taking a Nissan Lorry without the consent of its owner and using a Nissan Lorry without insurance in Chippenham on 18 July 2020.

Mr James Zalavolgyi-Carr, 36, of Swindon, was given an 18-week prison sentence suspended for 18 months with 120 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay £300 compensation after pleading guilty to assaulting a male in Swindon on 11 July 2020.

Mr Matthew Lewis, 44, of Dixon Way, Swindon, was given a community order for 100 hours of unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour towards a male in Swindon on 7 October 2020.

Mr Lloyd Morrison, 22, of Colbert Park, Swindon was banned from driving for 16 months and fined £450 with a victim services payment of £45 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Volkswagen Transporter in Swindon on 10 October 2020

Mr Daniel Sarpong, 27, of Thornbridge Avenue, Swindon, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £50 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to driving a Mercedes without insurance and other than in accordance with his licence in Cricklade on 9 October 2020.


Mr Jakub Grembecki, 25, of Commerical Road, Swindon, was banned from driving for 22 months and fined £600 with a victim services payment of £60 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in Swindon on 26 September 2020.

Mr Neil Lloyd, 50, of Lilac Court, Swindon, was given a restraining order and fined £100 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to harassment of a female in Swindon between 17 January 2021 and 6 February 2021.
