Mr Lee Rumens, 51, of Melksham, was banned from driving for 6 months and fined £200 with a victim services payment of £30 and costs of £400 after being found guilty of driving a BMW while using a mobile phone in Melksham on 10 May 2019.

Ms Kayleigh Fleming, 23, of Pampas Court, Warminster, was banned from driving for 19 months and fined £300 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving on a moped in Warminster on 15 August 2020.

Mr Nicholas Jones, 50, of Laurel Grove, Trowbridge, was fined £80 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of cannabis in Melksham on 14 August 2020.

Mr Jordan Lewis (aka Jordan Mcaleney), 25, of Friary Lane, Salisbury, was given a prison sentence of 26 weeks suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £100 with a victim services payment of £122 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to ABH in Salisbury on 18 January 2020.

Mr Matthew Lewis, 24, of Castley Road, Trowbridge, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Lexus 220 without insurance in Melksham on 19 August 2020.

Mrs Abbie Littler, 28, of Rollestone Street, Salisbury, was fined £80 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to assaulting a police officer and being drunk and disorderly in Salisbury on 7 May 2020.

Mr Tatenda Mushandu, 35, of Maple Way, Amesbury, was fined £40 with a victim services payment of £32 after pleading guilty to begging in Salisbury on 9 February 2020.

Mr Lee Rowley, 42, of Clay Hill Drive, Bradford, was banned from driving for 38 months and fined £400 with a victim services payment of £40 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to failing to provide a specimen of blood and possession of methadone in Amesbury on 24 February 2020.

Mr Kyle Tredrea, 23, of Seymour Road, Trowbridge, was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in an Audi A3, and being drunk and disorderly in Trowbridge on 18 August 2020.

Mr Luke Voce, 27, of Winterslow Road, Porton, was banned from driving for 22 months and fined £320 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a BMW in Amesbury on 13 August 2020.

Mr Takeio Wareham, 19, of Hibiscus Cresent, Andover, was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £325 with a victim services payment of £33 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Seat Ibiza under the influence of cannabis in Ludgershall on 26 February 2020.

Mr Travis Brooks, 20, of Lower Court, Trowbridge, was given a prison sentence of 18 weeks suspended for 18 months and ordered to pay a total of £525 compensation after pleading guilty to:

• Theft of tools worth £1000 from Wessex Water between in Trowbridge 26 December 2019 and 28 December 2019
• Theft of tools worth £2000 from Ravenscroft House in Trowbridge between 20 December 2019 and 24 December 2019
• Handling of stolen goods in Southwick between 25 December 2019 and 23 January 2020
• Theft of £600 from Great Chalfield on 4 January 2020
• Theft of tools worth £510 from Great Chalfield on 4 January 2020

He was also given a prison sentence of 4 weeks suspended for 18 months and banned from driving for 6 months after pleading guilty to driving a VW Polo while disqualified, driving without insurance in Trowbridge on 13 March 2020 and possession of cannabis in Trowbridge on 31 March 2020.


Mr Steven Buckle, 20, of Trowbridge was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120 after pleading guilty to driving a Ford Fiesta under the influence of cannabis in Trowbridge on 11 May 2020. He was fined a further £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of cannabis in Trowbridge on 13 June 2020.

Mr Simon Flynn, 33, of Chantry Gardens, Southwick, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Smart car under the influence of cannabis, fined a further £120 for driving without insurance and other than in accordance with his licence and fined £80 for obstructing a police officer in Trowbridge on 18 March 2020.

Mrs Debbie Bowers, 51, of Longhorn Avenue, Gloucester, was given 6 points on her licence and fined £80 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Vauxhall Zafira without insurance and fined a further £40 for driving other than in accordance with her licence in Latton on 26 July 2019.

Mr Kaz Knight (aka Caz Knight), 39, of Downing Close, Swindon was given a community order for 150 hours unpaid work with a victim services payment of £90 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of an offensive weapon in the form of knuckle-dusters and possession of heroin in Swindon on 20 November 2019.

Mr Mihai Zamfir, 42, of Harcourt Road, London, was fined £76 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to theft of brandy from Sainsbury’s in Swindon on 11 September 2020, and further fined £76 for a previous theft for which he had received a conditional discharge.

Mr David Bradshaw, 41, of Windsor Road, Swindon, was ordered to pay £126.45 compensation after pleading guilty to criminal damage of a window in Swindon between 19 October 2018 and 22 October 2018.

Mr Ian Bennet, 52, of Calne Road, Lyneham, was banned from driving for 20 months and fined £300 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Suzuki in Whitley on 25 August 2020.

Mr Adam Milha, 37, of Selby Crescent, Swindon, was given 8 points on his licence and fined £1346 with a victim services payment of £135 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Renault Clio while disqualified and driving without insurance in Swindon on 17 September 2020.

Mr Callum Anderson, 23, of Monteagle Close Swindon, was ordered to pay £25 compensation after pleading guilty to assaulting a police officer in Swindon on 26 June 2020.

Mr Wesley Keel, 43, of Stonefield Close, Swindon, was ordered to pay £50 compensation after pleading guilty to theft of alcohol from Tesco in Swindon on 3 November 2019.

Mr Nicolas Bray, 23, of Palmer Court, Torrington, was ordered to pay £427.50 in compensation after pleading guilty to criminal damage in Salisbury on 4 August 2020. He also was given a restraining order after pleading guilty to threatening communications in Royal Wootton Bassett on 25 August 2020.

Mr Stuart Milne (aka Stuart Dyke), 21, of Baylie Acre, Marlborough, was banned from driving for 18 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a VW Golf under the influence of cannabis, driving with an MOT, and possession of cannabis in Upavon on 1 March 2020

Mr Manuel Da Si Mota, 47, of Gloucester Road, Trowbridge, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £160 after pleading guilty to driving a Citroen C1 with an excessive amount of the drug Benzoylecgonine in his bloodstream in Trowbridge on 18 April 2020. He was then further banned for 22 months and fined £240 with a victim services payment of £32 after pleading guilty to driving a Citroen C1 with an excessive amount of the drug Benzoylecgonine in his bloodstream in Trowbridge on 16 June 2020.

Mr William Piper, 23, of Chapel Hill, West Grimstead, was banned from driving for 18 months and given a community order for 240 hours unpaid work with a victim services payment of £90 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to dangerous driving in a BMW118i in East Grimstead on 27 February 2020.

Ms Nikki Adamczewski (aka Nicky Adams), 31, of Gainsborough Close, Bemerton Heath, was fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Vauxhall Zafira in Salisbury on 22 August 2020.

Mr William Andrews, 60, of Whitsbury Road, Fordingbridge, was given 9 points on his licence and fined £369 with a victim services payment of £37 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Mazda 3 without due care and attention in Salisbury on 23 April 2020.

Ms Karen Radwell, 41, of Ridgemead, Calne, was banned from driving for 36 months and fined £136 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Peugeot 107 in Leigh Delamere on 22 May 2020.

Mr Ionut Zamfir, 21, of Hillcrest Caravan Site, Boscombe Down, was given a community order for 120 unpaid work and banned from driving for 18 months after pleading guilty to driving an Audi A3 whilst disqualified and driving without insurance in Salisbury on 4 July 2020. He was then given a further community order for another 60 hours of unpaid labour running consecutively to the 120 hours, with a victim services payment of £95 after pleading guilty to driving a Volvo S60 while disqualified, driving without insurance, driving without an MOT and failing to wear a seatbelt in Salisbury on 27 May 2020.

Mr Kevin Clarke, 39, of Rodbourne Road, Swindon, was fined £274 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £150 after changing his plea to guilty on a charge of threatening behaviour in Swindon on 3 December 2019.

Mr Aaron Shirley, 31, of Edgworth, Yate, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120 with a victims services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Renault Clio under the influence of cannabis, fined a further £80 after pleading guilty to failing to stop, and a further £40 after pleading guilty to obstructing a police officer in Swindon on 18 February 2020.


Mr Callum Davies, 26, of College Road, Trowbridge, was banned from driving for 18 months and was fined a total of £520 with a victim services payment of £50 and costs of £50 after pleading guilty to a number of charges:

• Driving a VW Golf GTI without insurance in Trowbridge on 23 January 2020
• Possession of cannabis in Hilperton on 4 April 2020
• 2 charges of insufficient tyre tread on a VW Golf in Trowbridge on 24 June 2020
• Driving a VW Golf under the influence of cannabis in Trowbridge on 24 June 2020
• Driving a VW Golf under the influence of cannabis in Trowbridge on 27 July 2020
• Possession of cannabis in Trowbridge on 27 July 2020

Mr Richard Hollands, 41, of New Park Street, Devizes, was given a 6-month prison sentence with a victim services payment of £128 after pleading guilty to having a knife with a 7-inch blade with him in public in Salisbury on 22 August 2020.
