Everyone convicted at Swindon and Wiltshire magistrate courts on 26 January 2021

My Byron Lucas-Parsons, 20, of Kingsbury Square, Melksham, was fined £120 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of 3 grams of cocaine and possession of 38 grams of cannabis in Salisbury on 7 April 2020.

Mr Mark Scott, 46, of no fixed abode, was fined £180 with a victim services payment of £32 after being found guilty of threatening behaviour in Devizes on 3 February 2020.

Mr Benjamin Burvill, 30, of Rudman Park, Chippenham, was given 8 points on his licence and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to riding a Lexmoto moped without insurance. He was fined a further £80 after pleading guilty to not giving his name and address after an accident and failing to report an accident, fined £80 for failing to stop after an accident, fined £40 for riding other than in accordance with his licence, with all offences taking place in Chippenham on 3 March 2020.

Mr Ian Hill, 28, of Humbolts Hold, Chippenham, was fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to using threatening behaviour towards a police sergeant and a police constable in Chippenham on 21 September 2020.

Mr Terry West, 41, of Sheep Street, Devizes, was fined £80 with a victims services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to misusing the 999 system on 3 occasions between 5 April 2020 and 6 May 2020.

Mr Rizwan Quadri, 36, of Twineham Road, Swindon, was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay £100 compensation with a victim services payment of £22 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour in Swindon on 4 August 2020.

Miss Chloe Dempster, 32, of Bladen Close, Wroughton, was fined £120 with a victim surcharge payment of £34 and costs of £45 after pleading guilty to causing a woman harassment, alarm or distress in Wroughton on 25 September 2020.

Mr Richard Slattery, 40, of Winton Road, Swindon, was banned from driving for 36 months and fined £269 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath in Swindon on 20 September 2020.

Mrs Kylie Soylemez (aka Miss Kylie Dempster), 45, of Penhill Drive, Swindon, was fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £45 after pleading guilty to causing a woman harassment, alarm or distress in Wroughton on 25 September 2020. She was fined a further £120 after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour in Wroughton on 21 September 2020.

Mr Terry Tuck, 62, of Rumble Dene, Chippenham, was fined £400 with a victim services payment of £40 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to assault in Chippenham on 15 June 2020.

Mr Jack Isaacs (aka Jake Isaacs), 36, of Timbrell Street, Trowbridge, was given a community order for 240 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay varying compensation amounts totalling £1400 after pleading guilty to 6 offences committed in different locations on different dates:

• Theft from Boots in Trowbridge on 22 November 2020
• Trespass and theft from Savers in Trowbridge on 8 October 2020
• Assault in Trowbridge on 7 October 2020
• Theft from Asda in Trowbridge on 27 August 2020
• Failure to surrender to custody in Melksham on 19 January 2021
• Travelling in a Ford Transit knowing it to be stolen in Bradford on Avon on 22 December 2020

Mr Mark Parker, 24, of Cherry Close, Salisbury, was given a community order for a 4-week curfew with electronic monitoring after pleading guilty to 5 charges of criminal damage, theft of alcohol worth £5 from Tescos in Salisbury, assault all in Salisbury on 15 December 2020. He was further ordered to make a victim services payment of £95 with costs of £85 after pleading guilty to sending threatening communications on 25 January 2021.

Mr Lawrence O’Riordan, 32, of Eastbury Way, Swindon, was given a prison sentence of 8 weeks suspended for 18 months and ordered to pay £100 compensation with a victim services payment of £128 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to assault in Swindon on 22 February 2020. He was further sentenced to prison for 12 weeks and ordered to pay a total of £300 compensation after pleading guilty to assaulting 2 emergency workers and ordered to pay £150 compensation after pleading guilty to criminal damage of a police vehicle in Swindon on 22 February 2020.

Mr Ashley Bodman, 26, of Phipps Close, Westbury, was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £80 with a victim services payment £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in an MG in Westbury on 8 August 2020.

Mr Robert Burt, 22, of Glynderi, Glanamman, was fined £40 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £40 after pleading guilty to fishing without a licence and during the closed season in Milston on 4 May 2020.

Miss Carly Eccleston, 28, of Downton Road, Swindon, was fined £40 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £40 after pleading guilty to theft of items worth £250 from Asda in Swindon on 13 November 2019. She was further fined £40 after pleading guilty to theft of items worth £37.86 from Asda in Swindon on 28 January 2020.

Mr Pawel Gajlewicz,42, of Lambert Close, Swindon, was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Vauxhall Astra in Swindon on 19 September 2020.


Mr Michael O’Dea, 40, of Beverstone Grove, Swindon, was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £350 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Vauxhall Astra, fined a further £350 after pleading guilty to driving without insurance and fined £350 with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine on 19 September 2020.

Mr Jamie Suggitt (aka Jamie Gum), 31, of Teachers Way, Melksham, was given a community order for 150 hours unpaid work, a restraining order, and ordered to pay £400 compensation with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to:

• Threatening conduct in Trowbridge between 27 August 2020 and 4 September 202
• Criminal damage in Melksham on 12 July 2020, 17 July 2020, 5 September 2020, 9 September 2020
• Criminal damage in Trowbridge on 3 September 2020
• Assault in Melksham on 9 September 2020
• Harassment in Melksham between 1 March 2020 and 7 October 2020

Mr Claudiu Parnica, 31, of Twickenham Close, Swindon, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £80 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Vauxhall Astra under the influence of cannabis in Chippenham on 23 January 2020.

Mr Deen Shaik, 31, of Maes Yr Hendre, Ammanford was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Ford Transit under the influence of cannabis on the M4 near Swindon on 22 May 2020.
