A 17-year-old male from the Walcot area of Swindon was given a youth offender contract for 9 months after pleading guilty to a number of charges:

• Possession of 4 wraps of cannabis in Swindon on 9 February 2020.
• Obstruction of a police officer in Swindon on 2 July 2020.
• Possession of cannabis in Swindon on 30 March 2020
• Possession of methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA aka ecstasy) in Swindon on 2 April 2020
• Threatening behaviour in Swindon on 23 January 2021

A 13-year-old male from the Eldene area of Swindon was given a youth offender contract for 6 months after pleading guilty to criminal damage, and 2 charges of assault in Swindon on 26 January 2021.

A 15-year-old male from the Penhill area of Swindon was given an extended youth offender contract after pleading guilty to 2 charges of assault, threatening behaviour and aggravated threatening behaviour in Swindon on 24 November 2020.

Mr Melwin Fernandes, 23, of Plymouth Street, Swindon, was fined £40 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of cannabis on 6 September 2020 and failing to surrender to custody on 9 February 2021.

Mr Anthony Watson, 21, of Athelney Avenue, Westbury, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Volkswagen Golf under the influence of cannabis, driving under the influence of cocaine, and driving under the influence of Benzoylecgonine in Westbury on 20 April 2020.

Mr Keiron Smith-Black (aka Keiran Black), 27, of Liddiard Spring, Ogbourne St George, was banned from driving for 12 months and given an 8-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months with orders to pay a total of £1650 compensation after pleading guilty to:

• Theft of a shoulder bag in Marlborough on 22 December 2019
• Fraudulent use of a credit card and a debit card in Marlborough on 22 December 2019
• Fraudulent use of a credit card and a debit card in Swindon on 23 December 2020
• Taking a Skoda Superb without consent and caused damage to said vehicle in Marlborough between 23 December 2019 and 24 December 2019.
• Driving a Skoda Superb other than in accordance with his licence in Marlborough between 23 December 2019 and 24 December 2019.
• Driving a Skoda Superb without insurance in Marlborough between 23 December 2019 and 24 December 2019.
• Possession of a wrap of cannabis weighing 3.6 grams, with 6 smaller wraps of cannabis and 3 empty wraps in Marlborough on 4 January 2020
• Taking a Renault Clio without consent in Melksham on 16 March 2020.

Mr Russell Bufton, 63, of Lammas Close, Hilmarton, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined a total of £200 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of cannabis, driving a BMW under the influence of cannabis, and driving under the influence of Benzoylecgonine in Calne on 23 November 2019.

Mr Jordan Woods, 26, of Boscombe Road, Swindon, was fined £450 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour motivated by hostility towards sexual orientation towards PC Barlow in Swindon on 9 June 2020.

Convicted list two

Mr Andrew Davis, 27, of Cheney Manor Road, Swindon, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Renault Kadjar in Highworth on 23 October 2020.

Mr Nasir Nawaz, 33, of Beck Close, Swindon, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £200 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Saab 93 under the influence of cannabis and possession of cannabis in Swindon on 23 June 2020.

Mr Josh Dobson, 25, of Wyke Road, Trowbridge, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £440 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Volkswagen Polo under the influence of cannabis in Bradford on Avon on 8 May 2020.

Ms Chantae Hartley-Keeling, 22, of Great Swanmoor Close, Stoke Gifford, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £166 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Peugeot 208 under the influence of cannabis in Malmesbury on 16 May 2020.

Miss Reena Sudra, 43, of St Marys Close, Potterne, was banned from driving for 40 months and fined £1216 with a victim services payment of £122 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a BMW in Worton on 30 August 2020.

Mr Jack Knight (aka William Knight), 22, of Elmfield Close, Salisbury, was banned from driving for 16 months and fined £320 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Volkswagen Polo in Whiteparish on 24 May 2020.


Mr Allan Baker-Nicholls (aka Allan Baker), 28, of Torrington Court, Swindon, was banned from driving for 23 months and fined £929 with a victim services payment of £92 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Mini Cooper, failing to stop after an accident, and failing to report an accident in Swindon on 24 October 2020.

Mr Mark Loveridge, 34, of Midwinter Close, Swindon, was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £364 with a victim services payment of £39 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a BMW in Swindon on 25 October 2020.

Mr Charlie Samuel, 26, of Spitfire Close, Slough, was given 6 points on his licence and fined a total of £200 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £35 after pleading guilty to possession of cannabis, driving a Volvo XC60 other than in accordance with his licence and driving without insurance on 17 June 2020.

Mr Stephen Groves, 35, of Westgate, Oldbury, was fined £50 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour in Swindon on 21 June 2020.

Mr Luke Perkins, 25, of Rendells Court, Devizes, was conditionally discharged for 1 year with a victim services payment of £21 after pleading guilty to criminal damage in Chippenham on 9 April 2020.

Convicted list three

Mr John Chambers, 39, of Barnes Close West, Dulverton, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Vauxhall Grandland on the M4 under the influence of cocaine and Benzoylecgonine near Chippenham on 9 May 2020.

Ms Tyler McInulty, 27, of Chalcot Road, was banned from driving for 19 months and fined a total of £160 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in an Audi A1, driving other than in accordance with her licence, and driving without insurance in Swindon on 5 September 2020, also failing to surrender to custody in Swindon on 12 January 2020.

Mr Stephen Castle, 44, of Wood Lane, Chippenham, was fined £40 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour in Chippenham on 20 August 2020.

Mr Christopher Johnson, 37, of Bryn Estyn Road, Wrexham, was fined £160 and ordered to pay £70 compensation after pleading guilty to assaulting a police officer in Swindon on 23 October 2020.

Mr Matthew Bean, 21, of Eastmere, Swindon, was banned from driving for 17 months and fined a total of £200 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to failing to provide a specimen of blood in Swindon on 24 October 2020 and driving a Volkswagen Polo under the influence of cannabis in Swindon on 10 June 2020.

Mr Gary Gunning, 37, of Harding Street, Swindon was fined a total of £80 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to being drunk and disorderly in Swindon on 28 October 2020 and using threatening behaviour in Swindon on 22 November 2020.

Ms Ana Alves, 44, of Welford Close, Swindon, was banned from driving for 40 months and given a community order for 120 hours of unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Nissan, driving while disqualified, and driving without insurance in Swindon on 7 January 2021.

Mr Lee Black, 31, of Cagney Drive, Swindon, was banned from driving for 36 months and fined £500 with a victim services payment of £50 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath, and speeding in a BMW 118 in Swindon on 25 October 2020.

Mr Jason Le Guilcher, 34, of Whittonditch Road, Ramsbury, was banned from driving for 14 months and fined a total of £380 with a victim services payment of £38 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Jaguar X-Type in Swindon on 26 October 2020 and driving a Toyota Avensis under the influence of Benzoylecgonine in Ramsbury on 16 July 2020.
