Everyone convicted at Swindon and Wiltshire magistrate courts on 15 January 2021

Mr Daniel Coleman, 30, of Marsh Farm, Standerwick, was banned from driving for 20 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving under the influence of cannabis and Benzoylecgonine in a Ford Focus and fined a further £120 after pleading guilty to driving without insurance and other than in accordance with his licence in Trowbridge on 18 April 2020.

Mr Robin Harris, 32, of West Street, Fordingbridge, was banned from driving for 40 months and fined £152 with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Ford Focus., He was further banned another 10 months and fined a further £405 after pleading guilty to driving while banned in Salisbury on 31 May 2020.

Mr Leo Lee, 18, of Alamein Close, Tidworth, was fined £200 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to being drunk and disorderly in Tidworth on 28 July 2020.

Miss Charlotte Davies, 29, of Brodie Rise, Salisbury, was given a conditional discharge with a payment to victim services of £22 and costs of £50 after pleading guilty to assault in Salisbury on 18 September 2020.

Mrs Jusinta Smith, 34, of Fairview Close, Warminster, was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £80 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Ford Fiesta in Warminster on 27 December 2019.

Mr George Trueman, 18, of Churchill Avenue, Melksham, was ordered to pay compensation of £70 after pleading guilty to assault in Melksham on 11 August 2020.

Mr Joe Lamb, 20, of Southbrook road, Melksham, was given a conditional discharge with a victim services payment of £22 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour in Melksham on 10 July 2020.

Mr Beckham Fitzgerald, 21, of Bathampton Farm, Warminster, was fined £500 with costs of £60 for failing to comply with a previous community order.

Mr Harry Harrison, 24, of The Mowlems, Southwick, was banned from driving for 42 months and given a 2-week prison sentence suspending for 18 months with a victim services payment of £128 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Ford Fiesta, and further given a 4-week prison sentence suspended for 18 months after pleading guilty to driving while disqualified in Trowbridge on 18 September 2020.

Miss Tania Wells, 26, of Cowleaze, Chippenham, was given a community order and ordered to pay £100 compensation with a victim services payment of £95 after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour and assaulting a police officer in Chippenham on 29 June 2020.

Ms Claire Miller, 40, of Keepers Road, Devizes, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £207 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading to guilty to driving under the influence of cannabis in a Range Rover in Melksham on 12 March 2020.

Miss Chantelle Hayward (aka Miss Chantell Stone and Miss Charlie Watts), 29, of Groundwell Road, Swindon, was given a community order for a curfew with electronic monitoring for 6 months, ordered to pay compensation totalling £150, fined £90, with victim services payment of £95 after pleading guilty to criminal damage of a police van and assaulting a police officer on in Swindon on 25 April 2020 and possession of Buprenorphine in Swindon on 24 April 2020.

Mr Kyle Lewis, 19, of Barrington Close, Swindon, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to riding a Yamaha 125 while under the influence of cannabis and fined a further £80 after pleading guilty to possession of cannabis in Swindon on 22 May 2020.

Mr Norbert Lombara, 37, of Barnes Wallis Close, Melksham, was given 8 points on his licence and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a BMW 528i otherwise than in accordance with his licence and without insurance in Melksham on 9 May 2020.

Mr Adam Milha, 37, of Selby Crescent, Swindon, was banned from driving for 10 months and fined a total of £450 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Vauxhall Insignia while disqualified and without insurance in Swindon on 19 August 2020.

Mr James Morgan, 32, of Rabley Wood View, Marlborough, was given a community order for 40 hours of unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour in Marlborough on 21 July 2020.

Mr Ricky Simmonds, 31, of Stamford Close, Swindon, was given a community order for 40 hours unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to harassment in Swindon between 31 December 2020 and 15 January 2021. He was also given a restraining order for 1 year.
