Everyone convicted at Swindon and Wiltshire magistrate courts on 14 January 2021

Mr Christopher Banks, 34, of Cromer Street, London, was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £833 with a victim services payment of £83 and costs of £85 for failing to give a specimen of breath in Melksham on 7 August 2020.

Ms Karis Chivers, 21, of Mountsfield, Frome, was banned from driving for 20 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £35 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Dacia Sandero in Warminster on 11 August 2020.

Mr Bishal Gurung, 32, of Ordnance Road, Tidworth, was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £253 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in Tidworth on 9 August 2020.

Mr Ian Stagg, 36, of Down View, Upavon, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £40 after pleading guilty to driving a Mercedes Vito under the influence of cocaine in Salisbury on 8 March 2020.

Miss Nicola castle, 30, of The Knapp, Calne, was given a conditional discharge with a victim services payment of £22 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to breaching a non-molestation order in Calne on 29 July 2020.

Mr Kevin Wolton, 38, of Barnard Street, Salisbury, was given a community order of curfew with electronic monitoring for 8 weeks and ordered to pay compensation of £50 after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour in Salisbury on 13 January 2021. He has also received 2 fines of £40 each having broken conditions of previous conditional discharges for being drunk and disorderly.

Mr Callum Conners, 22, of Hyde Road, Royal Wootton Basset, was given a community order for 125 hours unpaid work, ordered to pay compensation of £500 after pleading guilty to 2 charges of assaulting police officers in Swindon on 30 April 2020. He was also fined £100 with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour in Swindon on 30 April 2020.

Mr Cameron Chapman, 23, of Chippenham, was given a community order of 250 hours unpaid word with costs of £60 for failing to comply with a previous community order.

Mr Jonathan Watts, 34, of Kirkstall Close, Swindon, was given a community order for 150 hours unpaid work and pay £50 compensation after pleading guilty to assault, pay £50 after pleading guilty to criminal damage of a mobile phone, and pay £100 after pleading guilty to criminal damage of a police car all in Swindon on 20 March 2020.

Mr Derek Weedon, 42, of Sandford Street, Swindon was given a conditional discharge with a victim services payment of £22 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to harassment in Swindon between 22 June 2020 and 18 September 2020.
