Everyone convicted at Swindon and Wiltshire magistrate courts on 11 January 2021

Mr Alexandru Dinca, 24, Mr Armando Grecu, 21, and Miss Elena Lotcuof, 22, all of Barking Road, London, were each fined £80 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £40 after pleading to guilty to the joint theft of items worth £93.32 from Boots the chemist in Swindon on 6 August 2020.

Mr Jordan Hunns, 19, of Glebe Road, Durrington, was banned from driving for 1 year and fined £230 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a VW polo under the influence of cannabis in Amesbury on 5 March 2020.

Mr Przemyslaw Wolczacki, 22, of Marlborough Road, Swindon, was given 8 points on his licence and fined £200 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to failing to stop after an accident, failing to leave details after and accident, driving without insurance, and not having the correct licence after an accident in an Audi A4 involving a Fiesta and a Citroen in Swindon on 24 March 2020.

Mr David Wyatt, 33, of Doubledays, Cricklade, was given a community order for 100 hours unpaid work with a victim services payment of £90 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Renault Traffic van while unfit due to drugs in Cricklade on 13 March 2020.

Mr Lee Martin, 24, of Highworth Road, Swindon, was fined £83 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to assault in Swindon on 20 July 2020.

Mr Dale Morris, 22, of The Brow, Swindon, was banned from driving for 1 year and fined £440 with a victim services payment of £44 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to failing to provide a specimen in the course of an investigation. He was further fined £50 after pleading guilty to being in possession of cannabis on 11 August 2020.

Mr Anthony Mwangi, 41, of Lynmouth Road, Coventry, was given a community order for 130 hours unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85, and banned from driving for 3 years after pleading guilty to drink driving in a BMW in Swindon on 10 August 2020. He was further ordered to pay compensation of £150 after pleading guilty to criminal damage of a police vehicle on the same date.

Mr Jason Edwards, 49, of Anthony Close, Sherston, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £120 with a victims services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Kia Sportage while disqualified and without insurance in Lower Stanton St Quintin on 16 April 2020.

Mr Kervon Fleming, 28, of Victoria Road, Swindon, was fined £80 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of 91 cannabis in Swindon on 6 July 2020.

Mr Nicholas Saunders, 38, of Chives Way, Swindon, was fined £180 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour with a homophobic element in Swindon on 8 May 2020.

Mr Wayne Bayford, 31, of Midhurst Avenue, Swindon, was banned from driving for 3 years, fined £585 with a victim services payment of £64 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a VW Golf while disqualified and under the influence of cannabis in Swindon on 15 March 2020. He was fined a further £80 after pleading guilty of possession of cannabis in Swindon on 15 March 2020.

Mr Edward Grace, 42, of no fixed abode was fined £200 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to criminal damage of a Mercedes in Devizes on 1 July 2020.


Mr McKenzie Brooks, 25, of Trowbridge Road, Hilperton, was fined £100 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to breaching a restraining order on 2 occasions in Trowbridge during January 2021.

Mr Jake Morrish (aka Mr Jake Gilbertson), 25, of Elborough Road, Swindon, was given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months with a victim services payment of £122 after pleading guilty to thefts from Co-op, Savers, and Esso in Swindon on various dates in December 202 and January 2021. He also was fined £50 after admitting a breach of supervision requirements following release from imprisonment.

Mr Daniel Moss, 34, of Larksfield, Swindon, was sent to prison for 10 weeks with a victim services payment of £122 after pleading guilty to stealing a Ford Transit and driving it while disqualified and without insurance while with his young daughter in Swindon on 10th January 2021.

Mr Joshua Richards, 26, of Beaulieu Close, Swindon, was given a 12 week prison sentence suspended for 24 months and ordered to pay £200 compensation after pleading guilty to assaulting a police sergeant in Swindon on 9 January 2021.

Mr Michael Lye, 34, of Greenbridge Road, Swindon, was fined £200 with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 as well as being given a community order and restraining order, after pleading guilty to harassment and threatening behaviour in Swindon on 23 November 2020.

Mr Simon Mitchell, 55, of St Georges Close, Warminster, was given a conditional discharge after pleading guilty to assault in Warminster on 13 January 2019.

Mr Mark Phipps, 46, of Forman Street, Calne, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £150 with victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a BMW in Calne on 31 August 2020

Mrs Odette Garrett, 44, of Hill Corner Road, Chippenham, was banned from driving for 2 years and given a community order with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a BMW, failing to stop after an accident, failing to give name, address and report an accident in Chippenham on 8 August 2020.

Mr Darminder Bhinder, 43, of Roseville Avenue, Hounslow, was banned from driving for 3 years, and given a community order for 60 hours of unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Vauxhall Insignia in Swindon on 19 July 2020.

Mr Harley Brizell, 19, of The Classics, Lambourn, was banned from driving for 1 year and fined £200 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Ford Focus while unfit through drugs and without insurance in Swindon on 11 May 2020.
