Mr Josh Clifft, 26, of Davies Road, Longhedge, was fined £270 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £310 after changing his plea to guilty on a charge of ABH in Salisbury on 22 July 2019.

Ms Lorna Rapley, 34, of Holmfield, West Lavington, was banned from driving for 22 months and fined £180 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £620 after changing her plea to guilty on a charge of drink driving in a Ford Fusion in Devizes on 27 February 2020.

Mr Aaron Ely, 23, of Bullfinch Close, Swindon, was given a community order, fined £500 and ordered to pay £500 compensation with costs of £85 after pleading guilty to assault of a female, and ordered to pay £100 compensation after pleading guilty to criminal damage in Purton on 14 May 2020.

Mr Lennon McCulloch, 19, of Hunsdon Close, Swindon was ordered to pay £300 compensation after pleading guilty to criminal damage of a Ford Focus, and £26 compensation after pleading guilty to criminal damage of a Renault Megan in Swindon on 6 July 2020.

Mr Devon Hall, 24, of Oldlands Walk, Swindon was given a 6-month conditional discharge after pleading guilty to possession of 28 grams of cannabis in Swindon on 11 July 2020.

Mr Colin Davies, 44, of Wolsely Avenue, Swindon was fined £50 after admitting a breach of a community order by failing to report for unpaid work.

Mr Shane Watson, 39, of Burnham Road, Swindon was fined £50 after admitting a breach of supervision requirements following release from prison.

Mr Charlie Reynolds, 22, of Rosedale Road, Swindon, was fined £100 with costs of £60 after admitting to a breach of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work.

Mr Liam Bates, 32, of London Road, Salisbury, was banned from driving for 16 months and fined £865 with a victim services payment of £87 and costs of £620 after being found guilty of failing to provide a breath sample when required to do so in Melksham on 1 February 2020.

Mr Joe Martin, 22, of Sweetbriar Road, Melksham, was fined £610 with a victim services payment of £61 and costs of £400 after being found guilty of assault of a female in Corsham on 17 September 2019.

Mr Ahmed Jama, 52, of Thornford Drive, Swindon, was given a conditional discharge for 12 months with a victim services payment of £21 after being found guilty of threatening behaviour in Swindon on 10 November 2019.

Mr Richard Purcell, 44, of Prospero Way, Swindon, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £338 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Peugeot 206 while disqualified and without insurance in Swindon on 14 May 2020.

Mr Jaroslaw Ulewicz, 45, of Curtis Street, Swindon, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Mitsubishi Outlander with a false number plate, without insurance and without an MOT in Swindon on 16 August 2020.

Ms Lisa-Marie Harvey (aka Lisa Clarke), 47, of Iffley Road, Swindon, was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and banned from driving for 12 months with a victim services payment of £22 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Mercedes Sprinter in Pewsey on 18 November 2020.

Mr Richard Menham, 68, of Thornbridge Avenue, Swindon, was given a community order after pleading guilty to assaulting a female and possession of cannabis in Swindon on 22 July 2020, and assaulting a female on 21 July 2020.
Mr Ismail Urlu, 46, of Drayton Walk, Swindon was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay £200 compensation with a victim services payment of £21 and costs of £85 after changing his plea to guilty on a charge of ABH on a male in Swindon on 3 November 2019.

Mr Henry Kasvosve, 45, of Stelvio Park Drive, Newport, was banned from driving for 28 days and fined £450 with a victim services payment of £45 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to speeding on the M4 in a Rover Freelander near Swindon on 5 January 2020.

Mr James Morgan, 32, of Rabley Wood View, Marlborough, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £55 with a victim services payment of £32 after pleading guilty to driving a Citroen DS3 without due care and attention in Marlborough on 19 October 2019.

Mr Thomas Shears, 30, of Wynwards Road, Swindon, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £150 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Honda Civic under the influence of cannabis in Swindon on 6 June 2020.


Mr Simon Smith, 45, of Clive Parade, Swindon was ordered to pay £100 compensation after pleading guilty to assault of a male with no separate penalty after pleading guilty to theft of coffee and cheese worth £11 from Co-op in Swindon on 30 August 2020.

Mr Nathaniel Bond, 19, of Hobbes Close, Malmesbury, was given a conditional discharge for 12 months with a victim services payment of £22 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of cannabis in Melksham on 19 May 2020.

Mr Nathan Fletcher, 20, of Deverill Road, Warminster, was fined £200 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine in Warminster on 15 September 2019

Mr Alberto Fraga, 40, of Frome, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £80 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a VW Passat under the influence of cannabis in Chapmanslade on 7 May 2020.

Mr Martin Powell, 45, of Yeates Field View, Warminster, was fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of heroin in Trowbridge on 18 June 2020.

Mr Samson Vellacott, 26, of Fairview Road, Salisbury, was fined £120 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of 1 gram of cannabis in Salisbury on 27 April 2020.

Mr Wayne Walsh, 34, of Broadway, Frome, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Ford Focus under the influence of cannabis in Trowbridge on 20 May 2020.

Mr Bryan Burrows, 51, of York Place, Marlborough, was given a total of 16 points on his licence and banned from driving for 12 months, and fined a total of £360 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to:

• Driving a BMW in Marlborough on 29 January 2020 when his licence had been revoked
• Driving a BMW in Marlborough on 29 January 2020 without insurance
• Driving a VW Golf in Marlborough on 4 July 2020 when his licence had been revoked
• Driving a VW Golf in Marlborough on 4 July 2020 without insurance
• Driving a VW Golf in Marlborough on 4 July 2020 without an MOT
• Driving a VW Passat in Marlborough on 23 August 2020 when his licence had been revoked
• Driving a VW Passat in Marlborough on 23 August 2020 without insurance

Mr Behar Kasemi, 47, of Maidstone Road, Swindon, was fined £80 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour in Swindon on 23 March 2020.

Mr William McDonagh, 30, of Lincoln Road, Peterborough, was fined £300 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £650 after being found guilty of threatening behaviour causing harassment, alarm, or distress in Royal Wootton Bassett on 25 March 2020.

Mr Harry Powdrill, 22, of Roper Avenue, Heanor, was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £369 with a victim services payment of £37 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Range Rover in Swindon on 22 July 2020.

Mr Tomas Samoska, 30, of Clanfield Road, Swindon, was banned from driving for 9 months and fined £1333 with a victim services payment of £133 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a BMW 730D while banned from driving and without insurance in Swindon on 17 September 2020.

Mr John Lamb, 36, of Grosvenor Road, Swindon, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £150 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to driving a Vauxhall Astra under the influence of cannabis in Swindon on 18 May 2020.

Ms Fay Glover, 34, of no fixed abode, was sent to prison for 12 weeks with a victim services payment of £128 for domestic assault and failing to comply with non-custodial sentences. She was given a further sentence of 14 weeks to be served consecutively to the first after pleading guilty to domestic assault of a male in Devizes on 2 February 2020. It was also heard that she had failed to comply with a community order with previous offences of 13 counts of theft, 2 counts of criminal damage, 1 count of drunk and disorderly and 1 count of failing to surrender to custody.

Mr Dorin Papusoi, 31, the of High Street, Melksham, was given a conditional discharge for 6 months and ordered to pay £200 compensation after pleading guilty to criminal damage of shelving and stock in Melksham on 3 May 2020.

Mr James Porter, 35, of Lansdown, was fined £150 after pleading guilty to racially aggravated threatening behaviour, and ordered to pay £45 compensation after pleading guilty to criminal damage of a custody cell in Melksham on 8 June 2020.

Mr Bradley Stacey, 18, of Stapleford Way, Swindon, was given a community order and ordered to pay £50 compensation after pleading guilty to assaulting a PCSO, possession of cannabis, and using threatening behaviour in Swindon on 1 October 2020.

Mr David Brickell, 24, of Castle Dore, Swindon, was fined £400 and ordered to pay £200 with £85 costs after pleading guilty to theft of a toolbox and tools, and interfering with a Mini Cooper and a Renault van with the intention of theft in Swindon on 2 October 2020.

Mr Stuart Feltham, 31, of Gifford Road, Swindon, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £350 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in Ford Transit and driving without insurance in Swindon on 2 October 2020.

Mr Mark Newman, 55, of Colingsmead, Swindon, was given a conditional discharge for 6 months with 5 points on his licence, and a victim services payment of £21 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to failing to stop after an accident in a Dennis double-decker bus and failing to provide his details or report the accident within 24 hours in Swindon on 2 June 2020.

Mr Patrick Bryan, 59, of Pinehurst Road, Swindon, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £150 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to driving a Vauxhall Mokka under the influence of cocaine and Benzoylecgonine in Swindon on 4 May 2020.

Mr Wassem Ehsan, 47, of Islandsmead, Swindon, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £250 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Vauxhall under the influence of cocaine and Benzoylecgonine, possession of 0.2 grams of crack cocaine and possession of 0.2 grams of heroin in Swindon 24 May 2020.

Mr Stuart Addie, 57, of Southwestern Road, Salisbury, was ordered to pay compensation of £150 with costs of £100 after changing his plea to guilty on charges of criminal damage to a property in Salisbury on 29 January 2020.

Mr Craig Smith, 27, of Rendells Court, Devizes, was fined £40 with costs of £60 after admitting breaching supervision requirements following release from a period of imprisonment.

Mr Glen Dolan, 37, of no fixed abode, was fined £50 after admitting breaching a supervision order by being absent from the curfew address between 30 November 2020 and 1 December 2020.

Mr Jordan Hudd, 21, of Wicker Hill, Trowbridge, was banned from driving for 16 months with a victim services payment of £95 after pleading guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath in Melksham on 18 December 2019. He was also given a community order for 120 hours unpaid work after pleading guilty to making threatening phone calls and sending threatening messages in Chippenham on 3 March 2020.

Mr Christopher Williams, 29, of Langford Road, Trowbridge, was given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months with a victim services payment of £122 after pleading guilty to carrying a knife in Devizes on 13 May 2020.

Mr Matheus Bernando De Oliviera, 23, of Hinton Street, Swindon, was banned from driving and fined £100 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to driving a Peugeot 207 under the influence of cannabis in Swindon on 3 April 2020.

Mr Bryce Chamberlain, 21, of Longstock Court, Swindon, was fined £200 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to racially aggravated threatening behaviour in Swindon on 26 July 2020.

Mr Gheorghe Samson Gheorghe, 24, of Clifton Street, Cardiff, was banned from driving and given a community order for 120 hours unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to driving a Vauxhall Zafira on the M4 while disqualified from driving, speeding, and using a motor vehicle where the number of passengers involved a danger of injury to a person near Swindon on 23 of April 2020.

Ms Marie Marsh (aka Stacey Gammon), 40, of Axbridge Close, Swindon was given a 12-month conditional discharge with a victim services payment of £22 after pleading guilty to theft of Lynx box sets worth £55 from Poundland on 15 May 2020, canned items worth £30 from Poundland on 18 May 2020, and theft of miscellaneous items from Poundland on 20 May 2020.

Mr Jack Henry, 26, of Stoneleigh Drive, Carterton, was fined £200 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of Ketamin and possession of cocaine in Swindon on 4 January 2020.

Mr Jake Weiss-Cook, 28, of Stapleford Way, Swindon, was fined £50 with costs of £34 after pleading guilty to possession of 11.78 grams of cannabis and producing a cannabis plant in Swindon on 1 September 2020.
