The driver of a vehicle is believed to have suffered a ‘medical episode’ before having a head-on collision in Chippenham earlier today.
The crash happened on the A420 Bristol Road at around 11.30am this morning, 21 July.
A Honda Jazz, Vauxhall Vivaro, Audi A2 were involved in the incident. 
The driver of the Honda Jazz was taken to Great Western Hospital in Swindon.
