‘Vulnerable’ Devizes woman missing: Wiltshire Search and Rescue deployed

A search and rescue team have reportedly been called in to look for a missing woman from Devizes.

It’s believed Wiltshire Search and Rescue were deployed in the area at around 8pm last night to assist Wiltshire Police with the ongoing hunt.

“She is very vulnerable at the moment and the police are aware that she is missing and is at risk.”

Vicki is 5ft 4in tall with brown shoulder-length hair. She was last seen wearing a brown jacket, grey jeans and walking boots and she was carrying a blue bag with a butterfly logo.

She is understood to have diabetes and may be suffering from hypoglycaemia, a condition that is the result of one’s blood sugar dropping too low.

It is believed that she has left the area on foot and it’s thought she’ll be heading towards more rural locations on the outskirts of the town. Vicki is known to walk in Marlborough Woods as well as around the Devizes area.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts should contact Wiltshire Police by calling 101 quoting log number 54210092699. Always call 999 in an emergency.
