Concern grows for welfare of man who left Great Western Hospital, police say

The missing man has since been found, Wiltshire Police has confirmed.


Police are appealing for the public’s help in finding a man who has gone missing in Swindon.

{Name redacted}, who is 43, was last seen leaving Great Western Hospital late last night (5 February) and concerns are growing for his welfare.

He is described as white, around 5ft 4ins tall and was wearing a dark coat, blue jeans and brown shoes. He also wears glasses.

“Two pictures of him are attached to this appeal”, a spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said.

Adding: “We appreciate these are not the clearest pictures and we are working to try to get a different one.”

He has links to the Tetbury area in Gloucestershire.

Officers would urge anyone who believes they have seen Brian, or who knows where he is, to call police on 101/999, quoting log 404 of yesterday.
