Casualty released from car by firefighters after crash in north Wiltshire village

A casualty’s been released from a car by the fire service following a crash yesterday evening.

Two fire crews, one from Cricklade and one from Cirencester, were called to the scene in the village of Oaksey near Cotswold Water Park at around 4.30pm on Thursday 18 January.

Firefighters rescued one ‘physically trapped’ person from the red Skoda and handed over to the South Western Ambulance Service. The patient’s not thought to be seriously injured.
