Firefighters battle blaze after car crashes into secondary school

Firefighters tackled a vehicle fire in the grounds of a school this morning.

At 5.38am, a crew from Trowbridge fire station were dispatched to investigate the serious car fire at The Clarendon Academy on Saturday 4 February.

A Ford KA was well alight when fire crews arrived on scene.

It was extinguished using two breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet.
