A Wiltshire village’s skatepark has been ‘ruined’ by unimpressive graffiti, locals say.

The £105,000 state-of-the-art facility in Tisbury was opened in late 2020 after a wait of more than a decade, but less than incredible graffiti is set to ruin the experience for youngsters.

One of the spraypainted pieces depicted Rick Sanchez from the adult show Rick and Morty. He’s a genius scientist and alcoholic whose inventions and experiments are the plot for each episode.

Alongside it is the words “I like crack”.

The numerous pieces of graffiti have been labelled as “terrible” by one local resident.

Another said: ‘Why ruin it for the young ones that visit the skate park after school?’

They added: ‘No one wants to see that Morty likes crack! Seriously grow up!

‘It’s not even good graffiti… you’re just ruining it for everyone else! People have waited years for this skate park, so don’t ruin it with this awful scribble.’
