All three emergency services called to two vehicle road traffic collision on Old Town hill

Emergency services were called to a crash on Croft Road in Swindon this morning.

All three 999 services attended the incident opposite the turning for St Margaret’s Road in Old Town at around 8.40am, where two cars were involved in the minor collision.

Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service sent two crews to the scene, one from Drove Road fire station and one from Westlea, but were not required.

The road was partially blocked, but full reopened at around 9.20am.
