Medics from Wiltshire Air Ambulance are attending a crash in Trowbridge.
The road traffic collision happened on the Leap Gate Roundabout (A361) at around 11am.
The road is closed in all directions while 999 crews attend to a casualty, who is being given CPR.
Two ambulances, an air ambulance rapid response car and four police vehicles are at the incident.
