Air ambulance medics have attended a serious crash on the A419 in Swindon.
Emergency services raced to the road traffic collision on the southbound carriageway near Blunsdon at around 4.30pm where firefighters worked to free injured casualties.
At least one vehicle, a silver Citroen Picasso, was involved in the incident. 
One lane is blocked causing severe delays past the scene and in the area.
