The Home Office say he has an outstanding immigration application and has been ordered to report regularly to Immigration Enforcement while his case is progressed.

SIANA’s management have been served with a Civil Penalty Referral Notice in relation to the illegal worker, meaning that they face a financial penalty of up to £20,000 if the employers cannot demonstrate that right-to-work document checks were carried out.
