Police and forensics attend Corsham shop after late night burglary

Police and forensics are attending a Corsham shop after a late night burglary.

Four men forced entry into the Co-op Food store in Martingate, in the town centre, shortly before midnight yesterday (Thursday, 21 December).

The contents of multiple till drawers were stolen – thought to amount to a significant sum.

All four suspects were wearing black clothing, and one was wearing white gloves.

An investigation into the burglary is ongoing, Wiltshire Police said.

Adding: “Anyone who witnessed the incident or saw any suspicious activity in the surrounding area at the time is asked to contact us via our website or on 101 quoting reference 54230135406.”
