Three arrests in Cirencester as woman found seriously injured in car park

Police have made three arrests after a woman was found seriously injured in a car park.

Emergency services attended Querns Road in Cirencester at around 8.25am today (Thursday).

A woman, aged in her 30s, was found at the scene and was subsequently rushed to the Great Western Hospital in Swindon for treatment.

Police cordoned off the Armstrong House car park as forensic enquiries were carried out.

Two men, aged 50 and 42, and a 36-year-old woman have been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm in connection with the incident.

All three suspects remain in custody, where they are being questioned by detectives.

A spokesperson for Gloucestershire Constabulary said that enquiries are ongoing and officers are asking anyone with information or footage they feel may be relevant to make contact.
