Police issue warning after teenage girl, 15, is approached by man in Corsham

Police in Corsham have issued a warning after a 15-year-old girl was approached by a man.

The incident happened at 8.15am near the Springfield Community Campus in Beechfield Road.

The girl was not injured in any way, and she immediately alerted staff at the Corsham Campus.

The man is described as around 40 years old, 5 foot 10 inches tall, and spoke with a local accent. He was wearing a three quarter length coat and white trainers.

Wiltshire Police have confirmed they are investigating and officers will be carrying out enquiries.
