Swindon nurse suspended after pleading guilty to voyeurism charges

A nurse has been suspended from duty after admitting two charges of voyeurism.

Pheddie Delos Reyes recorded people doing private acts for sexual gratification and without consent in Swindon on two occasions in July this year.

The 29-year-old registered nurse was temporarily barred from working by the Nursing and Midwifery Council, which will carry out its own investigation.

At Swindon Magistrates’ Court, magistrates ordered a pre-sentence report to be compiled and released the defendant on conditional bail.

Whilst awaiting sentencing, Reyes, of Longlevens Road in Whythenshawe Manchester, must not enter any public toilets or changing rooms.

He was also told to live and sleep at his home address and report to Longsight Police Station every Friday.

Reyes will be sentenced on 25 September.
