Man arrested on suspicion of upskirting in Swindon nightclub

A man has been arrested on suspicion of upskirting in a Swindon nightclub.

Police officers were flagged down by bouncers after the suspect was ejected from the licensed premises in the early hours of this morning (Saturday).

Staff believe he was taking videos or photos of women without their consent in the Bridge Street club, some believed to be under their clothing.

The man, aged in his 20s from Swindon, was arrested on suspicion of offences under the Voyeurism Act 2019. He remains in custody for questioning.
