Cirencester man reported missing as police launch urgent search

A man from Cirencester has been reported missing – with police launching an urgent search.

Rodney, 72, was last seen on Beeches Road at around 7am this morning (Friday) and officers are “concerned for his welfare”.

He is described as being 5ft 6ins tall, of a stocky build, has short grey balding hair and no facial hair.

When last seen Rodney was wearing a black t-shirt with dark blue jeans.

Rodney walks with a limp and may be in nearby woodland.

Officers are currently conducting searches for Rodney and asking anyone who has seen him today to make contact.

Anyone who has seen Rodney or knows of his whereabouts is asked to call police on 101 quoting incident 117 of 18 August. Please dial 999 if he is present at the time.
